What is included in the Basic Nutrition Plan?
One 30-minute onboarding call, a tailored meal plan adapted to your lifestyle and goals, simple food guidelines with flexible options, and weekly check-ins via email/WhatsApp/Telegram. Minimum commitment: 3 months.
What is included in the Premium Nutrition Plan?
One 60-minute online consultation, a fully personalized meal plan, supplement plan if required, bi-weekly follow-up consultations, and everyday support via WhatsApp/Telegram. Minimum commitment: 3 months.
What is the Sustain Nutrition Plan for?
It’s designed for clients who completed a full program and want ongoing accountability with small strategic adjustments. Includes a 20-minute monthly virtual check-in plus weekly messaging support. You can cancel any time.
How does the onboarding process work?
Contact us, complete a short intake form, schedule your first call, and receive your personalized plan within a few days. We then monitor progress and tweak your plan based on data and feedback.
How long are the consultations?
Basic: 30 minutes (onboarding). Premium: 60 minutes (initial) plus bi-weekly follow-ups. Sustain: 20 minutes monthly. Short text or voice check-ins are available between calls.
Is coaching online or in person?
Our programs are fully online for your convenience. We use video calls and secure messaging to deliver plans, follow-ups, and daily support.
How do follow-ups and adjustments work?
We review your metrics (bodyweight trends, measurements, training logs, adherence, energy, sleep), discuss obstacles, and adjust calories, macros, meal structure, or training variables accordingly.
Do I need supplements?
Not necessarily. Food first. When helpful and safe, Micaela can suggest evidence-based options (e.g., whey protein, creatine monohydrate, vitamin D) aligned with your bloodwork, goals, and budget.
How soon will I see results?
Most clients notice measurable changes in 3–6 weeks (energy, performance, body measurements). Sustainable body-composition changes typically consolidate over 8–12+ weeks with consistent adherence.
Can I cancel or pause my plan?
Premium and Basic require a 3-month minimum for meaningful habit formation. Sustain is month-to-month and can be canceled any time. Reach out if you need to pause due to travel or health.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept international card payments and bank transfers. Billing is monthly unless otherwise agreed for multi-month packages.
Do you work with beginners?
Absolutely. Both nutrition and strength programs are tailored to your level. Florencia builds progressive plans that scale safely from beginner to advanced.
Can you create vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free plans?
Yes. We tailor meal plans to dietary preferences, allergies, and cultural needs while ensuring adequate protein, micronutrients, and overall balance.
Do I need a gym for strength coaching?
A gym is great, but not required. Florencia can program effective home-based training using bands, dumbbells, or bodyweight, and scale up as equipment becomes available.
